Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service between:

Customer (Controller)

Receets (Processor)

1. Subject Matter

Receets processes personal data on behalf of the Customer to provide receipt processing and expense management services.

2. Duration

This DPA remains in effect for as long as Receets processes personal data on behalf of the Customer.

3. Nature of Processing

Processing includes storage, categorisation, and export of receipt data to deliver the Receets service.

4. Types of Personal Data

• Contact information (e.g. email)
• Receipt data (uploaded images/PDFs)
• Extracted expense data

5. Categories of Data Subjects

• Customers/Users
• Individuals whose data appears on receipts

6. Obligations and Rights

• Receets processes data only on documented instructions from the Customer
• Receets implements appropriate technical and organisational measures
• Receets ensures confidentiality of personnel
• Receets assists the Customer with data subject requests where applicable

7. Subprocessors

Receets may engage subprocessors (e.g. infrastructure providers) subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

8. International Transfers

Any international transfers will be protected by appropriate safeguards where required.

9. Return or Deletion

Upon termination, Receets will delete or return personal data as requested, subject to legal requirements.
