Receets is a lightweight AI receipt scanner that turns a pile of receipts into clean, usable expense reports. It’s built for freelancers, contractors, and small teams who want to turn receipts into expense reports without the usual admin drag. If wrangling receipts feels like a complete nightmare, this is the one job we solve.

Upload. Categorise. Export. Done.

1. Upload a receipt
   Choose the receipt file you want to extract.
2. Extract receipt
   Receets will use AI to pull out the key details from your receipt.
3. Review, edit, and save to expenses
   Check the extracted details, make any changes you need, then select Save to expenses. If you’re on the go, this is a good stopping point.

• On a paid plan, saved expenses will appear in Unassigned expenses
• On the free plan, each receipt will go straight into your single report

4. Add expenses to a report
   If you’re on a paid plan, select which expenses you want to add to which report. You can either create a new report or add them to an existing one.
5. Edit and export your report
   Once your receipts are in a report, you can review and edit the fields, then export the report when you’re ready. Exports include copies of the receipt images you uploaded.
6. Archive completed reports
   When you’re finished with a report, you can archive it. Archived reports can no longer be edited, but archiving them frees up space in your report allowance.

Receets supports JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC/HEIF, and PDF.

All payments are handled by Stripe, so you’ll be redirected to Stripe to check out securely.

If you’re on an existing paid plan and want to change it, click Update subscription and choose the plan you’d like moving forward. Easy as that.

Yes. Exports arrive as a ZIP file that contains:

• An Excel or CSV file with your expense data
• Copies of every receipt image

So you’ve got both the data and the evidence in one place.

Open the Excel file and keep editing it, or upload it to a shared folder like Google Drive or SharePoint. From there you can send it to your accountant, attach it to invoices, or fit it into your existing workflow.

Receets isn’t a full accounting platform. It’s a lightweight receipt-to-report tool for freelancers, contractors, and small teams who want a fast way to get receipts categorised and exported. Xero and Sage cover broader finance, and Expensify handles more complex expense policies. Receets stays simpler and faster with minimal admin.
